Forged of high grade stainless steel, the handle of each knife is embellished with the traditional bee motif, a symbol of the Napoleonic Empire.
The production of each knife involves multiple processes, including the cutting & heat treatment of raw metal, grinding, polishing and sharpening. Handle and rivet assembly are among the final steps
