We’re currently looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our growing team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience: If you have a proven track record in sales and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
- Detail-oriented mindset: From merchandising to supporting customer needs, small touches matter.
- A love for human connection (and maybe our furry visitors too!): We aim to create memorable moments for every person who walks through our door.
- A team player: Collaboration is key to everything we do.
- Strong communication skills: Clear, kind, and proactive communication is essential, with both customers and the team.
- Time management & adaptability: We move at a fast pace and need someone who can prioritize and pivot when needed.
- Creative thinking: We value ideas that help us grow and improve the store experience.
A Day in the Job at SOCCO:
- Greet and assist customers with finding the right products for their space
- Support daily shopkeeping tasks to keep the store looking its best
- Participate in opening and closing routines
- Communicate with the team and customers to ensure a smooth flow of information
- Think on your feet and come up with creative solutions
- Provide carry-out service when needed
- Answer the phone and assist clients or take messages
