If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products to obtain return information. We offer store credit on all products online & in store, excluding sale and clearance.
Please note that Furniture (including chairs and mirrors), sale items, special orders, and shipping/handling fees are final sale and non-refundable.
A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card once we receive your returned products. Your store credit never expires, and can be used on any future purchase.
We will happily accept returns of unused items in the same condition and packaging in which they were shipped. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item. We are not able to provide return labels unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Bedding and towels must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bedding items.
Please note, all damages must be emailed within 7 days of the parcels delivered date to be covered.
Note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
